TCGPlayer Collection Trackers

v1.4 Added feature to alert user if lowest price is %50 lower than market price

This project is to serve a function that the TCGPlayer App currently lacks. Display any collection as TCGP Low. I do not know why it is not, because it will display Market Price; and any storefront on TCGPlayer knows that isnt a good metric to go off of.
