TCGPlayer Collection Trackers

v1.2 Mostly jsut refactoring. I feel very productive. There are still bugs, but Im proud of this.

This project is to serve a function that the TCGPlayer App currently lacks. Display any collection as TCGP Low. I do not know why it is not, because it will display Market Price; and any storefront on TCGPlayer knows that isnt a good metric to go off of.
